Processo di lavorazione
Il flusso di processo di questa linea è: polvere di PVC + additivo - miscelazione - alimentatore di materiale - estrusore a doppia vite - stampo e calibratore - tavola di formatura sottovuoto - macchina di trazione - macchina di taglio - rastrelliera di scarico.
Questa linea di estrusione di profili in PVC adotta un estrusore a doppia vite conica, adatto sia per polvere di PVC che per granuli di PVC. Ha un sistema di degasaggio per garantire un'eccellente plastificazione del materiale. Lo stampo ad alta velocità è disponibile e può aumentare notevolmente la produttività.
