This high-efficiency production line is engineered for manufacturing durable and precise PPR (Polypropylene Random Copolymer) drip irrigation hoses. Ideal for agricultural irrigation, greenhouse watering, and landscaping applications, these hoses offer excellent chemical resistance, UV stability, and extended service life.
Production Process Flow
PPR powder + additive → mixing → spring feeding → twin screw extruder → mould and calibrator → vacuum forming machine → haul off machine → cutting machine → stacker
Machine Components & Specifications
Single Screw Extruder Machine
Manufactured with premium brand components to ensure production stability, efficiency, and long-term machine durability.
Mould Design
Features specialized design with adapter for co-extrusion from two single extruders. Combined with extended cooling calibrator, this configuration delivers superior product performance.
Vacuum Calibration & Cooling Tank
Two-chamber structure with vacuum calibration and cooling sections. Constructed from stainless 304 steel with excellent vacuum system for precise pipe sizing. Extended 8m cooling process ensures optimal cooling and superior surface quality.
Haul-off Unit
Equipped with three crawler tracks for stable and steady pipe operation. Features customizable hauling models through general control adjustments to meet specific production requirements.
Cutting Unit
High-accuracy encoder ensures precise and stable cutting lengths. PLC control system enables manual operation for specific applications. All surfaces utilize stainless steel 304 to withstand corrosive CPVC materials and ensure extended working lifetime.

  • Main machine utilizes specialized polyolefin screws with auto vacuum charger and auto constant temperature dryer hopper for high production output, superior plasticization, and stable extrusion
  • Helical and basket type die heads optimized for polyolefin materials, ensuring proper melting pressure, enhanced plasticization capacity, stable material-flow, and consistent pressure grade
  • Advanced vacuum calibrating method improves surface cleanliness and hardness while high-speed sprinkling cooling water tank guarantees pipe quality and stable high-speed extrusion
